Allison Johnson

Allison is a veteran educator who currently serves as an Adult Learning Specialist for the Employee Development Group as well as the producer of The Teacher Leader Podcast.

Her 30-year career includes secondary classroom teaching, serving as a district trainer in assessment and systemic school improvement, instructional coaching, and serving as an affiliate instructor at Regis University in the Master of Education program.

 

She credits her years as a middle school teacher as the best on-the-job training for public speaking, instructional design, and group facilitation.

 

Allison holds a BA in History and an M.Ed. in Adult Learning, Training, and Development.
